Working Principle (Overview)
The module accepts 12V or 24V low-voltage DC input and increases it through a high voltage cascade circuit, operating as a stable electrostatic generator for spraying machines.
The generated high voltage is applied to the spray electrode, charging powder particles as they are discharged from the spray gun.
Under the electrostatic field, the charged powder particles are attracted to the properly grounded workpiece, forming a uniform and consistent coating layer.
For optimal coating performance and operational safety, reliable system grounding is essential.
Safety & Installation Guidelines
Ensure proper grounding of the workpiece, spray area, and power system
Keep a safe distance from exposed high-voltage output terminals
Use appropriate insulation materials and protective enclosures
Regularly inspect cables, connectors, and insulation condition
These measures help maintain stable operation and extend the service life of the module.
